News: Trading of newly issued BOSQAR shares begins 08.07.2026. 09:46 The Zagreb Stock Exchange ceremonially marked the start of trading in newly issued shares of BOSQAR d.d., following a successful secondary public offering (SPO), the largest such transaction in the history of the Croatian capital market. Trading in the newly issued shares officially begins on 8 July. Through the capital increase, BOSQAR raised €150 million in new capital, while total investor demand reached nearly €178 million. The offering was subscribed by 5,453 retail investors and 26 qualified investors, making this transaction one of the most significant in terms of size and number of participants in the domestic capital market. The ceremony at the Zagreb Stock Exchange was attended by the representative of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Croatia Andrej Plenković, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance Tomislav Ćorić, President of the Management Board of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Ivana Gažić, founder and majority owner of BOSQAR Stjepan Orešković, President of the Management Board of BOSQAR Darko Horvat, representatives of institutional investors, financial institutions, business partners and numerous guests. On this occasion, Minister of Finance Tomislav Ćorić highlighted that this transaction represents a significant step forward for the Croatian capital market and expressed the expectation that there will be more such successful issues in the future that contribute to the development of the Croatian economy and its competitiveness. President of the Management Board of the Zagreb Stock Exchange Ivana Gažić emphasized that this is the largest transaction by number of investors since the initial public offering of shares of Hrvatski Telekom and noted that the strong interest of citizens confirms the maturation of the domestic capital market and its increasingly important role in financing the growth of Croatian companies.
